How much does it cost?
We believe that Weyify is affordable, the cost is calculated on the size of the shop, number of scales units and whether any specific development work is required at your site. Contact us for a quote. (Weyify means saving on staff costs, reduced admin time and more loyal customers so it is excellent value)
How many scales do I need?
We will recommend the number of scales based on the number of products, ideally you don’t want your customers to take more than a few steps to reach a scales station.
What happens if there is a problem with my scales?
Should your scales encounter a problem, it can usually be fixed by the team remotely, if not then a spare will be shipped out to you whilst the other is repaired.
Do I need Shopify?
Weyify works with Shopfiy, but it is possible to integrate with other applications that are capable of being integrated with.
What about new features and updates?
New features are constantly being developed following customer feedback and any developments made that aren’t customer specific will be rolled out to everyone.
I am not very technical?
Do not worry, you do not need to be technical to run Weyify – it is easy to use.
