Delivery & Lead Times

Selected products and orders qualify for free UK mainland delivery. Where a delivery charge applies, this will be shown at checkout or confirmed as part of your quotation.

Delivery to non-mainland UK locations and international destinations may incur additional charges. Please contact our team for a delivery quotation if required.

Lead times vary depending on the product, stock availability and whether your order requires manufacturing, branding or customisation.

An estimated lead time is shown on the relevant product page or will be confirmed as part of your quotation.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact our team before placing your order. We will check stock availability, production requirements and delivery times and confirm whether your required date can be accommodated. For branded, customised or bespoke orders, please allow additional time for artwork checks and production.

Lead times generally begin once payment has been received and we have all the information required to process your order.

For branded products, we will also need to receive and check your print-ready artwork before production can begin. Bespoke or customised products may require additional specifications to be agreed before the lead time can commence.

The delivery method will depend on the size, quantity and type of products ordered. Smaller orders and individual dispensers may be delivered by parcel courier, while larger-volume orders are generally delivered securely on a pallet.

We recommend hand washing your dispensers regularly using warm water and a mild detergent suitable for food-contact surfaces and plastics.

Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow all parts to dry thoroughly before refilling.

Do not use abrasive cleaning products or spray the dispensers with antibacterial liquids or surface cleaners, as some chemicals may damage the container materials.

Full cleaning and disassembly instructions are supplied with the relevant dispensers.

Customers should provide print-ready artwork wherever possible. If your artwork requires simple amendments or preparation before it can be used, we may be able to assist.

Additional artwork charges may apply depending on the work required. Please send us the artwork you have and we can advise what is possible. If you do not  have artwork, we do have a standard pick and mix graphic available.

The estimated lead time will be shown on the relevant product page or confirmed as part of your quotation.

For branded products, production can begin once payment has been received and your print-ready artwork has been received and checked as suitable for production.

Bespoke Displays

We can adapt many of our standard units for larger projects or orders involving multiple units. Bespoke work carries an additional charge, so it is generally best suited to projects of this scale.

If you’re planning a shop fit-out or have a larger project with specific space requirements, please contact our team to discuss what may be possible.

Please tell us about your project, including the unit you’re interested in, the number of units you need and any changes you have in mind. Dimensions, photographs, drawings or plans will help us assess your enquiry.

If you don’t have all the details yet, get in touch with what you know and we can discuss the options.

We can help you with many of these items, but for those that we can’t, we do know of some excellent companies who can assist you with these other items and services – contact us for further information.
